Audi Midtown, Toronto
A new 7 Storey High End concept Car Dealership in midtown Toronto.
Ardcan provided independent expert services for negotiation and mediation reviewing Project Delays and providing expert opinion on claims by Subcontractors.

West Block Revitilization, Toronto
This Project included a new mixed use development in downtown Toronto which included the renovation of an existing heritage building and the addition of commercial space, retail space and a condominium.
Ardcan provided pre-contract services including managing the Tender process, Tender Analysis, conducting Tenderer Interviews, providing Scheduling Advice, Contract Preparation and ongoing Change Order Review throughout construction.

Ryerson Centre for Urban Innovation, Toronto
This project included the renovation of an existing heritage building and the addition of two new and interconnected buildings to form the Ryerson Centre for Urban Innovation.
Ardcan reviewed discrepancies between the Construction Manager’s planned budget and the actual costs experienced. This involved a Change Order, cash flow and construction progress review.

Irving Oil Home Office, Halifax
This new 11-storey office building on the corner of King Square South and Sydney Street provided a new home for Irving Oil in historic uptown Saint John, New Brunswick.
Ardcan provided post-contract dispute resolution assistance with multiple sub-trades during the negotiation process (assessment of sub-contractor claim and potential developer’s counterclaim).

Womens College Hospital, Toronto
A new state-of-the-art ambulatory care facility to replace existing outdated buildings on a site in downtown Toronto to LEED certification.
Ardcan analyzed the impact of delays caused by unknown conditions on the second phase construction schedule.

Union Station, Toronto
Renovation of 100 year old downtown transport hub with the addition of new retail floors below the concourse.

Complex renovation/redevelopment project which included reworking the interior layout, providing new retailers, new services and improving connections for those using Sheppard-Yonge station where two subway lines meet.
